As any Gooner could feel, the Ol' faithful aren't proving up to expectations. 7th in the league, 12 points behind sp*rs and the sight of Champions League qualification slowly disappearing... they need some massive changes if they want to compete with the top.
First of all, Arsene or as I call him Bossman, needs to stop being so bloody stubborn in the transfer market. We've been pleading and pleading for what seems an eternity to spend big but now it's getting to a point were I doubt if he even wants to strengthen the club for the best. I admire his principle of building up young players but lets face it... we need some big names to compete strongly in the league. He should mix players like the Ox and Wilshere with players that could share their experience and talent that they've tested on the world stage. It's time that Bossman turn the Ol' Faithful back into the club it used to be.
Bossman isn't the only one causing problems. Arshavin has to go. No doubt. Walcott, Ramsey and others all need to build their confidence back up and the team needs to seize every chance we have in our matches. Sometimes we miss chances other top four clubs wouldn't miss. Van Persie needs a strike partner up front to ease all the pressure off of him. Our defense is still doing mistakes that cost us matches. We need better defensive coaches such as Tony Adams or Steve Bould and perhaps a new centre-back that can command the back line without hesitation.
Last but not least, us the fans must support our club with all our hearts and never give up on the Ol' Faithful.
